Last week, I was delighted to be a return guest to Jasmine Bellamy's occasion called "The Call to Love Experience" through her Love 101 Ministries.
The Call to Love Experience is a live online monthly gathering that provides community, spiritual grounding, and chances for learning and deep listening. It stream live of FACEBOOK and YOUTUBE.
In the snippet here, I mention my conversation with spiritual director and educator Cindy S. Lee and the spiritual practices that are helping me the most right now and some spiritual ideas and practices coming up in the new book, including one of my favorite Desert Elders, Abba Moses the Strong originally from Ethiopia.
We discussed spiritual practices, doing deep work, using our guilt and not our shame as we heal and transform, the gift of tears, and themes in my first book (The Wild Land Within) and my upcoming book (The Way of the Desert Elders).
