Just a short tale from the road, my friends.

What I learned at Quill Coffee this week, is worth sharing.

The Quill coffee shop has some helpful things in stone right outside. Quotes from a founding father who didn’t want a King.

Why is it called Jeffersontown?

Jeffersontown, Kentucky, originally known as Brunerstown, was established in the late 1700s by Revolutionary War veterans and other settlers.

It grew as a stopover waypoint and trading post for pioneers heading towards Louisville and the Falls of the Ohio.

The town was officially incorporated as the Town of Jefferson on May 3, 1797, making it the oldest continually incorporated city in Jefferson County. Now, in my opinion, it’s a small, quaint and semi-bougie suburb of Louisville.
